Girl in a Whirl Wind

I'm finally back to reviewing!!
Okay!
An honestly pretty piece! Well done on using your brush set to its fullest!!
But...
Your strokes in her hair are very nice and visible, but it seems to slope in too much. Try observing the way people's heads bulge out in the back-you'd be surprised.
I feel that more of her eye would have been seen normally, and it makes that spot seem sorta empty...
Your shading is very good except for the portion under her ear, which would have been shadowed more heavily if she had a free ear.
If you used sai or photoshop on this, you could use a gentle blend to make her look more like she's 'in' the whirlwind, rather than cut out an pasted on, which is what the part cutting her shoulders off looks like.
The pink in your whirlwind looks a little like it was just thrown in there. Because of the blue-ish-black tones of this picture, I would have gone with a purple-y color.
Other than those, this is a very, very nice piece.
